Attached is this seasons Regional Cup Draw. As you will see the First Round is to be played on or before these weekend 16th/17th November. The game is played on the day the home team normally plays their league games.Please read the Regioanl Cup Rules listed below. The finals will take place on Saturday and Sunday of the 14th/15th June 2025. Teams who wish to withdraw prior to the first round must email peter,This email address is being protected from spambots. Any team that withdraws after this period or fails to email the scores in maybe fined.

 

PROTESTS- IF YOU WISH TO LODGE A PROTEST AND CLAIM  A CUP TIE AGAINST YOUR OPPONENTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PROTESTS IN RELATION TO A MATCH MUST BE LODGED WITHIN 48HRS AND A FEE OF £40 PAID BY BACS. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. WITH THE SUBJECT LINE PROTEST.THE PROTESTING TEAM MUST SUPPLY EVIDENCE OF THE REASONS THEY ARE PROTESTING THE MATCH AND MUST COPY THE TEAM THEY ARE PROTESTING AGAINST INTO THE EMAIL. IF UNSURE ON THE PROCESS PLEASE READ THE SYFA SUPPLEMENTARY AND PLAYING RULS 140-PROTESTS. 

Regional Cup Teamlines- Attached are this seasons teamlines for the Regional Cup. These Teamlines must be used by all  teams that have entered the Regional Cup

REGIONAL CUP FINALS- This Seasons Finals will take place at Renfrew Juniors Ground on the weekend of the 8th and 9th June, There will be 3 games each day 10am, 1215pm and 215pm. Details of each game and what age group plays on what day will be published nearer the day

Regional Cup Rules Attached are the Rules for this tournament- For this Season Kick off times are from 10am onwards till 4pm on the day of the match. If teams cannot agree to a kck off time then it will revert to the SYFA Scottish cup rules, where games will kick off between 12pm-4pm. If teams are travelling a distance to a game i.e over 1 hr travelling them teams should arrange a late kick off to enable teams to travel. If teams cannot agree then the Regional Executive Committe may decide the kick off time. If teams want a cancellation of fixture it must be within 2 weeks notice of the tie before their request would be considered. REFERRES FEES ARE £45 COSTS PAID BY BOTH TEAMS

PLEASE NOTE NO CANCELLATION OF A FIXTURE IS GIVEN BY THE REGIONAL COMMITTEE. IT IS THE TEAMS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY COMPLETE THE FIXTURE. THE DATES FOR ALL THE ROUNDS AND FINAL DATES ARE DETAILED ON THE REGIONAL CUP DRAW, SO ALL TEAMS ARE AWARE OF THESE DATES, BEFORE TEAMS BOOK TOURNAMENTS OR HOLIDAYS THEY SHOULD CHECK THEY DONT CLASH WITH THESE CUP DATES. THE REGIONAL CUP FINAL DATES WILL NOT BE MOVED OR CHANGED UNLESS AUTHORISED BY THE REGIONAL COMMITTEE
